FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We know you probably have a few questions. So we've put together a list of what we get asked most often about designing a website, how much it costs, marketing, and more. Please feel free to contact us any time with your questions.

How long does it take to complete a website?

For a small website (up to 10 pages), we can build it in days instead of weeks or months. Larger websites typically take longer due to the amount of information that needs to be inserted, formatted, etc. A detailed timeline will be provided in every web design proposal.

Do you use templates to design your websites?

Yes. We are providing small businesses with a platform that contains hundreds of website templates, with some being industry specific. This package is meant to not only cut down on the initial cost of website development, but help to reserve funds for future website changes. Even though we use templates, you can rest assured knowing we can create a website completely unique to your brand.

How much does it cost? Do you charge a monthly fee for maintaining a website?

Our fee for a website on our new platform is $500 per month. This fee includes all website changes that you’ll need moving forward and up to 10 pages. There are no upfront fees, no yearly hosting fees, and no extra charges for website maintenance and changes.

If I run an online store, what do you recommend?

For larger websites we recommend you use WordPress and for eCommerce websites we recommend Shopify or BigCommerce. But for small websites on a budget, our small business package is a great fit. We can help you if you want a website on WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other platforms too!

Will I be able to update my website after you develop it?

A company’s website should adapt and evolve along with the growth of the company. The small business package allows for continual change and improvement to happen and gives you access to easily edit on the backend without having to learn code.

Do you write the content for my website? What about photos and graphics?

All images and copy for the website is all still completely up to the client and will not be driven by template selection.
