At Web Design CT, we have put together a package that is perfect for small businesses who are looking to create a high-end, professional looking website at an affordable rate. With over 100 different website templates to choose from, and many that are industry specific, our team can present you with a beautiful website that portrays your brand perfectly in days instead of weeks – and at a fraction of the price. The idea behind this model is to cut the initial cost of website development and reserve funds for much needed future website changes and improvements.

The design of the website can include changes to the colors, fonts used, and other style changes, and the layout can be modified as needed to accommodate your content. All images and copy for the website is all still completely up to you to put together and will not be driven by template selection.

A little more about our approach

When it comes to creating your website, the most important step we take at Web Design CT is learning about you, your customers, your brand, and your goals. Our pre-production analysis includes discussing who your target audience will be, the message you want to convey, and what goals you need to achieve through your online presence. Once we learn these important details, we can show you a variety of website templates to pick from for your new website. Once you pick what best suites your brand, we will modify the layout if needed to accommodate your content and graphics. Our next step is to layout and implement the site with your copy (your text) and images (photos, diagrams, etc).

Step 1: Web Design Kickoff Meeting
We will talk with you about the new website’s design (color scheme, layout, etc.), your goals, and look at competitor sites.
Step 2: Template Selection
We will present you with all template options but will also recommend a few that we think will work best for you. We then determine the sitemap (which can change as needed during development), and determine the content for the website including the photos and the text.
Step 3: Website Buildout
The next step is for us to build your website. Thanks to the platform and the templates we use, this takes a matter of days! We will incorporate the photographs, content, and images you provide. Our team is able to provide stock images and write copy if necessary. When building out the site, we will keep SEO best practices in mind and write SEO tags for each page to help you achieve high search engine rankings.
Step 4: Final Website Edits
In this last step, we will make any final edits to the layout, text, images, etc. We program forms, set up Google Analytics tracking, and Google Webmaster tools. A final QA process is performed to ensure the website is working properly.
Step 5: Website Go Live
When the site goes live we will submit it to the search engines so they can find and index the website. Moving forward, our team will provide monthly website changes and updates as needed at no additional charge.
